About the show
Hoping to follow in the success of Barmy Britain Parts One and Two the horrible histories team are back with their craziest show to date. You’ve read the best selling books, you’ve seen the BAFTA Award-winning TV show now experience the madness live on stage as the team bring you their unique brand of history “with the nasty bits left in”.Produced by the Birmingham Stage Company the show is directed by Neal Foster who also stars in the show alongside Anthony Spargo. The actors use laughter and song to recreate a colourful cast of characters that will each prove that history is far from being 'boring'. More fun than any history lesson you’ve had at school and guaranteed to have even the most raucous of children glued to their seats as the children learn while laughing.
Prepare to meet a whole new host of crazy characters from history including King John, Admiral Nelson and the Duke of Wellington.
Don’t worry if you haven’t seen parts One and Two part Three delves into a new era of history including the fire of London, the Victorians and the First World War.
This is sure to be a fantastic show after the sell out success of last years Barmy Britain Part Two. Barmy Britain Part Three will play day time performances at the Garrick theatre from the 25th of July for a strictly limited summer season.
