About the show

Multi-award winning stage and screen actress and Hollywood legend Kathleen Turner takes to the stage in a brand new solo show, playing at Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Other Palace. An homage to Turner’s astounding career, Finding My Voice marks her cabaret debut and plays a limited season at the London venue before embarking on a regional tour.

Taking place in the intimate setting of The Other Palace, Kathleen Turner shares anecdotes from her extensive and varied career, peppered with classic tunes from the American songbook. Prepare to witness one of the industry’s legends sharing stories and behind-the-scenes insights of her many roles.

Lending her trademark gravelly voice to tunes such as “Let’s Fall in Love”, “I’d Rather Be Sailing”, “On the Street Where You Live”, “Every Time We Say Goodbye”, the show proves exactly why Turner has become a household name. Presented by Fane Productions, the show is directed by Andy Gale and features musical direction, arrangements and accompaniment by Mark Janas.

Golden Globe Award-winning Kathleen Turner is well-known for her extensive screen appearances, including Romancing the Stone, War of the Roses, Prizzi’s Honor and Californication. She is also well-known for her starring role in sitcom Friends, as well as lending her voice to the famous Jessica Rabbit.

Turner is also a two-time Tony Award nominee, with multiple Broadway credits including Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, The Graduate and Bakersfield Mist.

Finding My Voice is an enthralling night of jazzy cabaret that brings one of Hollywood’s greats to the London stage. A must-see for any theatre fan, the production plays at the West End’s The Other Palace for a strictly limited season. Finding My Voice runs from April 19th to May 6th 2018, with previews from April 17th 2018.
