Tape Face is the live act of New Zealand mime, prop comic and street performer Sam Willis, who has previously performed under the name The Boy With Tape On His Face.
He has won an incredible range of prestigious comedy awards, including the Chortle Award for Best Breakthrough Act in 2011, the New Zealand Comedy Festival Fred Award in 2012, the Edinburgh Fringe Comedy Panel Award in 2012, the Chortle Best Variety Act in 2013 and has even been selected to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.
Tape Face broke through to international fame in 2016 after appearing on hit TV talent show America’s Got Talent, where he captured the hearts of the American people and went on to become a finalist.
Following on from this huge success, Tape Face returns to the UK in a show that everyone is talking about. It is both spectacularly visual and delightfully moving, with spots of nail biting tension. It is a show that will make you both laugh and cry and much like the man himself, leave you absolutely speechless.
