About the show

Don't miss this rare chance to see a brand new production of Noel Coward's lost play 'Volcano' as it comes to the West End for a limited run. This marks the first major production of Coward's scandalous and racy play that was never performed in the author's lifetime, due to the themes involved, which give an indication of the luxurious island lifestyle he himself enjoyed. Starring Jenny Seagrove, Dawn Steele, and Jason Durr and produced by Bill Kenwright this is a fantastic summer treat.

Who Should See It?

Noel Coward fans will enjoy seeing the first performance of this overlooked piece in the West End, starring a talented cast in a glorious new production. Set on an island volcano, the tensions begin to bubble beneath the surface as the recently widowed Adela Shelly is seduced by a suave visitor, and finds herself in a compromising position, just as the volcano begins to erupt. Expect wit, humour and all the makings of a true British comedy .
