Reviews

“People of a certain age will smile ruefully at the invocation of a bygone age edging from rationing and austerity into the possibility of chocolate treats and electric guitars. Dreamcoats is a nostalgia feast.”
Michael Coveney, The Independent

“A cracking young company and band who put over some of the greatest pop songs ever written with charm and brio…this lovely show brings the memories flooding back.”
Charles Spencer, The Daily Telegraph

“Emma Stephens and Alexis Gerred stand out in a likeable, energetic cast. The whole thing is pacy, as shallow as a paddling pool, and innocent fun – particularly for those who lived through the songs first time round.”
Quentin Letts, The Daily Mail

“The production has energy on its side and a young, sock-it-to-’em cast.”
Lyn Gardner, The Guardian
