Oliver! Ticket Prices

Please, sir, may we have some theatre tickets? Classic musical Oliver! is one of those shows you just have to experience live in the West End, and the current, award-winning revival has enough oom-pah-pah to please almost anyone. Plus, you don’t have to worry about living on porridge after booking - ticket prices start at just £24.

Keep reading for our top tips on great value and cheap tickets for Oliver, including when to book and how to find the best offers.

Oliver Discount Tickets

Consider yourself in luck, because Oliver! is a show you can often find discounts for, with past savings of up to 35%. We recommend checking regularly or setting an alert for future deals, and adding theatre promotions like London Theatre Week to your calendar. During LTW, lots of the biggest West End musicals have prices from just £15.

If you can’t find a discount for the performance you want, there are other ways to make your money go as far as possible. Our top tip is to consider where you sit and compare a few options before you book. Websites like Theatremonkey and SeatPlan are fantastic here, because they crowdsource seat information and reviews from real audiences. On SeatPlan you can even see photos of the view from across the auditorium.

When To Book Tickets

There is currently good availability for most dates, but be aware that weekends and school holidays will sell more quickly for a show like this. Like most West End shows, midweek performances (Monday-Thursday) are usually cheaper than weekends, with small savings of around 10% on some price bands.

For the best choice, we recommend booking a month or so in advance, before the cheapest and mid-range tickets have been sold.

Top Tips For Your Visit

The Geilgud Theatre is right in the heart of Shaftesbury Avenue, close to Piccadilly Circus and around 10 minutes from Covent Garden. Its location is perfect for combining a trip to the theatre with sightseeing - you can even take a stroll through Chinatown, onto Embankment and across Waterloo Bridge to the South Bank!

The venue has a cloakroom, and items can be checked in for a small fee. Larger items like suitcases aren’t accepted, so consider storing these at nearby Stasher or Luggage Hero locations before you arrive.

Free drinking water is available at the bar, or you can bring in a small bottle of water.
