Showstopper Ticket Prices
The Olivier Award-winning improvised musical Showstopper is a must-see show that changes every time you see it. The audience provides a place, time and situation and the cast does the rest! Having recently gained a residency in London, you can find the production at the Cambridge Theatre approximately every fortnight.
Tickets start as little as £20, with the most expensive seats reaching £45. Because the musical doesn’t have a typical West End run, there aren’t regularly discounted tickets. With these prices in consideration, Showstopper is one of the most affordable West End shows.
Showstopper Discount Tickets
As mentioned, the musical doesn’t have a run that is typical for West End shows, which makes it trickier to get offers as there’s approximately one performance per month. With the highest price point of tickets reaching £45 for the best seats, it makes these tickets some of the most affordable in the West End. At the time of writing, the show is included in London Theatre Week, which is a seasonal discount, offering up to 31% off of full-priced tickets.
When to Book Tickets
All performances of Showstopper happen on a Monday, so you’ll have to plan accordingly when booking tickets. There are no discounts or specific dates that are cheaper at the time of writing, but keep your eyes peeled - you never know when a discount may appear.
With Showstopper performances being few and far between, it's best to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. You can typically book up to a year in advance to secure the seats you’re interested in getting. Using sites like SeatPlan and Theatre Monkey will help you see the view from your seat by showing you images and reviews from real theatregoers.
Top Tips For Your Visit
Cambridge Theatre is only a short walk from Covent Garden, where there is an array of restaurants and bars to eat at before or after the performance. Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed into the theatre but hot food is prohibited.
There is a cloakroom in the theatre which can be used to store small and large items for a small fee of £1.
Drinks purchased from one of the theatre 3 bars need to be transferred into plastic cups if you’re taking them into the auditorium - the theatre will provide these if necessary. Cambridge Theatre encourages card and contactless payments but does still accept cash.
